| At Tranquil Timbers, we know great camping comes in different shapes and sizes, from a pup tent to a 45’ motor home. If you can’t bring your own, we offer four types of rental units to help you experience the beauty of Door County any way you like.

| YURTS |
Based on ancient Mongolian tents, circular yurts have been modernized for fun and comfort. The reinforced lattice fir walls are surrounded by canvas/vinyl fabric with rafters reaching to a center dome skylight and heavy-duty vinyl roof. Being 16” in diameter, they approximate our sleeping cabins in size and will sleep up to 5 people. They are equipped with one traditional set of bunk beds and one set with a double bed on the bottom and twin over top. These units are heated, have a small refrigerator and are located near bath facilities on beautiful wooded sites. The yurts are located on sites R516 and R517. Price: $65.00 - $83.00/night. | SLEEPING CABINS |
| These log cabins have been popular from the day they were constructed. With two rooms, they accommodate 6 people. The front room has a full bed and small refrigerator. The back bedroom has two sets of traditional bunk beds. These units are heated and air-conditioned. Large front porches complete the units. Located on wooded sites near bath/shower facilities with fire rings and picnic tables. The sleeping cabins are located on sites R175 & R177. Price: $65.00 - $83.00/night. (Plus tax and fees) |

| DUPLEX CABINS |

This unit is two rentals in one. Perfect for those groups who want to be close, but not share. These new units (one on each end) are similar to a hotel room in design. With a double bed and a double sofa sleeper these units will sleep 4 people. Along with heat and air conditioning they also have full baths/showers, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pots. Guests must provide their own linens. Off the large front porch there is a picnic table and fire ring. The duplex is located on a large wooded site, R162 & R164. Price: $77.00 - $109.00/night, per unit. (Plus tax and fees) |
| DELUXE CABINS |
This is an upscale version of our sleeping cabins. A full kitchen and bath, as well as a sleeping loft make these roomy for the whole family to enjoy. A full bed in a separate bedroom, a full sofa sleeper and two twin beds in the loft, this cabin sleeps 6 people. Tranquil Timbers provides all cookware and dishes as well as bed linens. Guests must provide their own towels. These units have heat and air conditioning. On wooded sites, they also have a picnic table and fire rings. Located on sites R03 & R04. Price: $93.00 - $160.00/night. (Plus tax and fees) |
| GENERAL |
| For the comfort of our guests, smoking and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited inside our rental units. Any guests found with pets in any rental unit may be asked to leave with no refunds given. All rental units require a $100.00 security/cleaning deposit to be held on a credit card at the time of check-in. This deposit will be held until the unit has been cleaned and inspected after checkout. A (2) two night minimum is required for all midweek reservations, (3) nights on weekends and (4) nights on Holiday weekends. Holiday premiums apply on all our rentals for stays less than 4 nights. All rates are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Information and Reservations
For information or to make Reservations please contact us at (800) 986-2267 or (920) 743-7115. Please note when making reservations online, you will be contacted in order to secure payment. NO online reservations are guaranteed without payment in full. We accept reservations up to one year in advance and rates may be subject to change. In order to expedite the check-in process, ALL reservations are to be prepaid in full within 7 days from the date of the booking. Reservations not secured/prepaid by check or credit/debit card will automatically be cancelled after 7 days from the date of the booking. We will make every effort to reserve the site number you request, but we cannot guarantee specific site requests due to camper sizes and other campground concerns.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Early check-ins are subject to availability, please call ahead to confirm your site is available. Late check-outs will be charged $10.00 for every 30 minutes unless pre-approved by Management. Please confirm your arrival and departure dates at check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved. Late arrivals: For our guests arriving after office hours, please call ahead with an estimated time of arrival and to confirm your reservation. Upon arrival, your Gate card, receipt and a map to your site will be in the late arrival box. Please come in to the office the next morning and register.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a choice of a refund less a $25.00 bookkeeping fee (per site), or the option to change your reservation date. If you choose to change your reservation date, the change must be made within 7 days of your original arrival date. There is a $10.00 fee to change your reservation date, allowed one time per original reservation. Late cancellations (less than 14 days from your scheduled arrival) and no-shows are subject to full loss of deposit/payment. Our goal is to provide you, our guest, the highest quality recreation experience Door County has to offer. Please let us know immediately of any concerns regarding your site or our facilities and service. You are responsible for all nights reserved. If you are unable to complete your stay, for any reason, no refunds will be given.
*Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of weather or nature.
